CV Driveshafts, sometimes called CV Axles, are another quality rebuilt product by Euro-Drive Clutches Inc. CV stands for Constant Velocity. CV Driveshafts are found on all front wheel drive cars, and some rear wheel drive cars.

Euro-Drive rebuilds all CV driveshafts using one simply policy. Quality. If a CV housing is worn it is replaced with a new CV joint. We do not re-grind the ball tracks in the CV joint. To start off with our driveshafts are completely dis-assembled, and cleaned. All boots, clamps and outboard cages are discarded. All of the remaining components are then inspected. Worn or damaged components are discarded. The main shaft is inspected for straightness, all splines and threads are inspected and chased as needed.

Now the re-assembly can begin, all of the discarded parts are replaced with new Rockford components. The CV driveshaft is reassembled using  High temperature grease and high quality  Boots with stainless steel clamps.
